JMA is looking for a Graduate of Architecture or Registered Architect with 5+ years of local experience and strong Vectorworks skills. You'll run projects end-to-end, including concept design, construction documentation, client/consultant/builder liaison, and site attendance during construction, with a particular focus on interior design for single dwelling projects (renovations and current builds). This role will be a full-time 3 month contract, with potential extension pending performance and business requirements.

Requirements:

- Bachelor or Master's degree in Architecture
n
- Local Sydney architectural experience, ideally on single dwelling projects
n
- Excellent knowledge of Vectorworks
n
- Interior design experience
n
- Experience with local DA, CDC and CC applications,
and the NSW Planning Portal
n
- Strong construction detailing skills
n
- Solid knowledge of the National Construction Code and Australian Standards relevant to residential construction
n
- Proven ability managing client and consultant relationships
n
- Local architecture registration desirable but not essential
n
- 3D modelling experience is a plus
n
- Must currently live in Sydney, Australia
n
