About the role n

We are seeking a skilled financial accountant to maintain our financial records, Accounts Payable (AP) and ensure compliance with accounting regulations.

As a financial accountant, you will oversee the organisation’s financial health. Your expertise in fiscal analysis, reporting and AP management will help drive sound decision-making and help the company achieve its strategic objectives. As a vital team member, you will be critical in interpreting financial data, providing insights to support decision-making and implementing strategies to optimise economic performance.

Responsibilities n

- Managing and maintaining financial records, including general ledger accounts and financial statements.

- Reviewing financial documents and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
n




- Performing financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
n
- Preparing monthly management reports.
n
- Preparing annual financial reports.
n
- Reviewing and processing vendor invoices with an accurate booking system.
n
- Processing of commissions payments.
n
- Providing timely financial information to support decision-making processes.
n
- Contributing to the overall financial health and stability of the organisation.
n
- Collaborate and consult with stakeholders throughout the business.

About You nn
- You are a proactive and self-motivated finance professional who takes ownership of your work and enjoys identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies.

- Highly organised and detail-oriented, you can manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and delivering high-quality financial reporting and outcomes.
n
- You bring solid technical accounting knowledge, enabling you to analyse financial information, solve problems, and support informed decision-making.
n
- You thrive in a collaborative environment, building strong relationships with stakeholders while also having the confidence and capability to work independently.
n
- You are proficient in accounting systems such as NetSuite and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and are comfortable working with financial data and reporting tools.
