Job Description

ASI Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver reliable, high-quality device support onsite for a client in Fortitude Valley, Queensland. This role covers deployment, IMAC activity, and Microsoft Surface repairs with strict SLA adherence.

You will manage parts stock, maintain the asset register, and act as a reliable onsite contact while supporting Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and standard corporate apps. A field/desk-oriented, customer-focused mindset is essential.
