Endeavour Foundation in Melbourne’s Oakleigh site is seeking a Production Team Leader to guide a diverse team, including disability-supported employees, toward secure, high-quality packaging of rice, spices and cereals. The role is full-time, 12-month fixed term, Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:00pm, onsite with hands-on leadership and coaching.
