Job Description

A Life Plus, a Sydney-based direct-to-consumer fresh-meal company, seeks an E-commerce Retention & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own customer retention, repeat purchases, subscriptions, loyalty and CLTV.

You will lead Klaviyo-driven campaigns, optimize onboarding and post-purchase journeys, and collaborate with customer service, operations and management to reduce churn and increase lifetime value across all channels.
