What Does the Role Involve? n
n

As a Medical Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients and an important part of ensuring our clinics run smoothly.

n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

n

n
- n

Welcoming patients and creating a positive, friendly first impression.

n
- n

Managing patient bookings, registrations and enquiries.

n
- n

Answering phone calls and assisting patients with their appointments.

n
- n

Working alongside our radiographers, sonographers, radiologists and administration team.

n
- n

Assisting with Medicare billing, payments and general administration.

n
- n

Helping maintain an organised and efficient reception environment.

n

n

Don't worry if you're unfamiliar with medical terminology or billing – we'll provide training!
