Job Description

Whittens Group, a family-owned civil contractor, seeks a Head of People & Culture for a 9-month fixed term in Maroochydore. Lead HR and IR across the business, partnering with senior leaders to ensure practical, compliant people practices.

You’ll bring 8+ years in HR leadership, solid IR knowledge, and experience in project-based environments. This role is hands-on and reports to senior management, with a focus on sustainable people outcomes and workforce planning.
