- Your Role
n
- As an Appointment Setter in our Outbound Rescheduling Team, your job will be to manage and rebook appointments for our large team of consultants across Australia.
n
- Daily tasks include:
n
- • Calling clients from our existing database
n
- • Rescheduling online appointments
n
- • Speaking with clients and confirming availability
n
- • Coordinating bookings for consultants
n
- • Updating appointment details in our system
n




- You’ll play a key role in keeping our consultants’ calendars full and ensuring clients are properly scheduled.

- What We’re Looking For

- We’re looking for confident communicators who enjoy speaking with people and working toward results.

- Requirements

- • 1+ years call centre experience
n
- • Experience in outbound sales or appointment setting
n
- • Strong communication and rapport-building skills

- • Good computer and administration skills
n
- • High attention to detail
n
- • Self-motivated and reliable
n
- This role suits someone who is organised, confident on the phone, and motivated to perform.
