We payroll weekly in-house or a choice through GNA - lower on-costs, savings passed onto you and tax savings through LAFHA. We have saving staff on average 16.6% on tax. Very easy set up, no cap, saving our staff valuable $$$. You will see this directly in your bank account every fortnight ! This isn't and doesn't affect salary packaging.n
Bonus $2,000 for 12 week - can request leave dates in contract - must do 12 weeks full time hours for bonus.n

- Postgraduate Certificate allowance: $52.10 per week
n
- Postgraduate Diploma allowance: $78.40 per week
n
- Master’s qualification allowance: $94.10 per week
n
- Laundry allowance: $8.32 per week
n
- Uniform and footwear allowance: $13.06 per week
n
- RN/RM in charge of ward: $44.79 per shift
n
- On-call allowance: minimum $39.20, then $4.90 per hour thereafter
n
- On-call allowance on an RDO: minimum $78.16, then $9.77 per hour thereafter
n
- On call during a meal break: $19.28 per break
n

Eligibility depends on the applicable award, Local Health District, role and roster.n

Allowance eligibility varies by facility. Wagga Wagga and Griffith Base Hospital may not attract the same Murrumbidgee expense allowances, so this should be confirmed before accepting a contract.n
