About the role n
We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Carpenter to join our team on a contract basis.
Your daily duties would involve but not be limited to: n
n
- Set out and build Timber Deck structures with custom made pre-fabricated steel frame roof structures.
n
- Cut and fit doors, Install stairs, hand rails and balustrade.
n
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety policies and procedures
n
n
Our decks and patios are unique and make for an interesting working environment.
About You n
n
- Proven experience as a Carpenter, ideally in a construction or fit-out environment
n
- Formal carpentry qualification, such as a Certificate III in Carpentry would be highly regarded
n
- Full Australian working rights or be a permanent resident
n
- Regular access to a reliable vehicle
n
- Valid ABN Number and your own tools
n
- Solid time management skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
n
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety requirements
n
- Ability to use a range of hand and power tools safely and proficiently
n
