The opportunity

We're looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team on site, starting ASAP and running until January. Reporting to the Customer Service & Supply Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping our customers happy and our orders moving. If you're organised, detail-focused and enjoy working with customers, we'd love to hear from you.

The role at a glance

- 3 days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
n
- 7:00am to 3:00pm
n
- On site in Revesby (this role isn't remote or hybrid)
n
- Casual, through to January
n
- Reports to the Customer Service & Supply Manager
n

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Being the go-to contact for customers, making sure every enquiry is handled quickly and accurately Processing purchase orders and doing accurate data entry across our systems
n




- Working with suppliers and teams across the business to keep orders on track
n
- Supporting reporting and keeping our data clean and reliable
n

n

What you'll bring

- A strong customer service background and a customer-first attitude
n
- Excellent attention to detail, because accuracy matters here
n
- Confidence with systems, processes and Excel
n
- Clear, qualified written and spoken English, with customers and internal teams alike
n
- A "systems mindset": you like to understand how things work and how to make them work better
n

University students welcome!

If you're studying, you'll need:

n

n
- Some customer service experience and an understanding of what good customer service looks like
n
- To be a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
n
- To commit to the same 3 days every week (Tue, Wed, Thu) until January
n

n

This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service experience to broaden their scope. You'll work closely with the wider team, including Operations and externally with our suppliers.
