Pacific Fertiliser keeps Australian farms producing. We manufacture and distribute fertilisers across the country, and behind every order is a team that makes it happen fast, accurately, and without fuss.

We're growing, and we need someone sharp to join our sales team on the floor level — someone who wants to learn the business from the inside out, not just shuffle paper.

What you'll actually be doing n

- First point of contact on the phones — you'll get to know our customers and they'll get to know you
n
- Processing sales orders end-to-end in our CRM — accuracy matters here, tonnes are not typos
n
- Invoicing and account admin in Xero — we'll train you if you're new to it
n
- Supporting the sales team so they can focus on selling
n
- Keeping records clean, customers happy, and the team moving
n

This is a real role with real responsibility. You won't be making coffee and waiting for something interesting to happen.

Who we're after n

You don't need to know fertiliser. You need to be:

n
- Switched on — you pick things up fast and ask good questions
n
- Organised — you don't let things fall through the cracks
n




- A explicit communicator — on the phone and in writing
n
- Comfortable with systems — CRM, Xero or similar; if you haven't used them, you're not afraid to learn
n
- Someone who takes pride in getting the details right
n

A background in admin, customer service, agri, logistics or similar is a bonus — but attitude beats experience here.
