Job Description

Ingenia Communities in Hervey Bay is seeking a Reception / Front Admin Officer at the Hervey Bay Lifestyle site. You will greet guests, handle enquiries, payments and day-to-day admin, ensuring a warm, qualified first impression.

Reporting to the Community Manager, you’ll support daily operations, manage calls and emails, maintain records, and assist with tours and site presentation. Previous reception/admin experience and strong computer skills are essential; a friendly, proactive team
