We've got an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join an established international business specialising in heavy equipment and industrial solutions.

n

This isn't your typical marketing or sales administration role. It's a brilliant blend of sales coordination, marketing, lead generation and business development support, where you'll play an important part in helping the business grow.

n

You'll work closely with an experienced sales team, helping turn marketing activity into genuine sales opportunities, keeping the pipeline moving and ensuring customers receive exceptional service.

What You'll Be Doing n

- Sales Support: Coordinate quotations, proposals, tenders and customer enquiries, helping the sales team win business.
n
- Marketing: Coordinate digital campaigns, social media, email marketing, product promotions and events.
n
- Lead Generation: Research potential customers, identify opportunities and help build a healthy sales pipeline.
n
- CRM Management: Keep customer records,



opportunities and follow-ups organised and up to date.
n
- Customer Engagement: Help ensure enquiries are responded to promptly and opportunities don't slip through the cracks.
n
- Sales Intelligence: Research markets, competitors, customer projects and potential business opportunities.
n

About You n

We're looking for a proactive, switched-on individual who loves being involved in the commercial side of a business.

n

Ideally, you'll bring:

n

n
- Energy! Positivity! Fun!

- Experience in sales coordination, sales support, marketing coordination or a similar B2B role.
n
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
n
- Confidence working with CRM systems, databases and Microsoft Office.
n
- Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, content or digital communications.
n
- Great communication skills and a genuine customer-first attitude.
n
- A proactive approach, plenty of initiative and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
n

Bonus points if you've worked in heavy equipment, machinery, construction, manufacturing, engineering or another industrial sector. However, we're equally interested in candidates with transferable B2B experience.
