Whether you already have experience in retail, sales, customer service or the trades , we want to hear from people who enjoy helping customers, achieving targets and being part of a high-performing team.

What You'll Be Doing nn
- Assist customers in finding the right tools and products for their needs
n
- Build solid relationships with trade and retail customers
n
- Process sales in-store and over the phone
n
- Promote current specials, products and promotions
n
- Handle customer enquiries and provide practical solutions
n
- Maintain professional merchandising and store presentation
n




- Develop your product knowledge through regular supplier training
n
- Work towards individual and store sales targets
n

n

This position includes one rostered weekend day each week .

What We're Looking For You n

- Experience in sales, retail, customer service or a trade environment
n
- Strong communication and customer service skills
n
- A genuine interest in tools, power tools or the construction industry
n
- Confidence working towards sales targets and team goals
n
- Basic computer skills
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
- Motivation to develop your skills and progress your career
n

Previous tool knowledge is an advantage, but it isn't essential. We are looking for people with the right attitude, strong customer skills and a drive to succeed .
