Job Description
n
30th September, 2026 n
What will you be doing?
n With Workday now live, this business is focused on embedding the platform into everyday HR activity and making better use of its capabilities.
n Reporting to the Head of HR, you will improve processes, support configuration and testing, and develop meaningful reports and insights as the organisation moves beyond Excel-based HR reporting.
n You will also help managers use Workday confidently and support contracts, onboarding and employee changes. It’s a varied role combining systems improvement with practical HR delivery, with external partner support available.
What background do you have?
n You will bring hands-on Workday experience and an understanding of the implementation journey, ideally gained through involvement in a rollout or its subsequent embedding and optimisation.
n Experience in configuration, testing and report development will be valuable,
alongside a sound understanding of HR processes and how to make them work more efficiently.
n Just as important is your approach: curious, proactive and comfortable translating systems knowledge into explicit, practical guidance for HR colleagues and managers.
What’s in it for you?
n There is plenty of scope to make a visible contribution, from simplifying a process to building a dashboard that helps the business make better decisions.
n This 9–12-month FTC offers breadth across Workday and HR ops, with a super convenient to public transport North Sydney location and WHF flex 2 days p/w.
