An established and growing Chartered Accounting firm in Sydney is looking to appoint a Senior Manager to support continued growth and increasing client demand.
The Prospect: n
You’ll work closely with a Director, taking ownership of a quality client portfolio while providing leadership and mentoring across the team.
Key responsibilities include: n
n
- Managing a diverse portfolio of business services and tax clients
n
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
n
- Reviewing compliance and advisory work
n
- Supporting, mentoring and developing junior team members
n
- Assisting with workflow management and team performance
n
- Working alongside Directors on business development and practice growth initiatives
n
About You: nn
- Currently working in Business Services & Tax within public practice
n
- Experienced Manager or Senior Manager looking for the next step
n
- Solid technical and client relationship management skills
n
- Proven ability to lead and develop staff
n
- Experience within a mid-tier or larger accounting firm will be highly regarded
n
