Job Description

This is a pharmacy support role focused on dispensing, customer service, data management, inventory control, and billing operations.

Key responsibilities n

n
- Accurately dispense medications and label them for the pharmacist to check
n
- Greet patients, answer phones, and handle basic inquiries or counter sales
n
- Enter and update prescription data and patient profiles in the database
n
- Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and unpack deliveries
n
- Process insurance claims and resolve coverage issues with insurance companies
n
- Assist the pharmacist with packing Webster packs for nursing homes and community patients
n

About you nn
- Prior pharmacy work or experience in the pharmacy/dispensary is preferred
n
- Small community pharmacy located near a medical centre
n
- Get to work closely with the pharmacist, doctors and patients
n
- Versatile work hours that can be discussed during interview
n
