Job Description

Fina Australia in Brisbane is looking for an IT Support Officer to be the first point of contact for staff across our Brisbane locations, providing technical help, maintaining hardware and software, and assisting with user access management to keep systems secure and running smoothly.

You will play a key role in onboarding and offboarding, set up accounts and permissions, and deliver basic training on systems and technology while delivering friendly, patient customer service.
