We’re looking for a capable, driven Project & Service Manager who wants real ownership of projects, people, clients and results.

n

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a strong construction background who can manage multiple jobs, solve problems quickly, control budgets, coordinate people and keep work moving from approval through to completion.

n

You’ll be expected to plan, predict & deliver .

n

That means planning the job properly, scheduling the right people, managing labour and material costs, coordinating procurement, communicating with clients and making sure projects are delivered safely, professionally and profitably.

n

You’ll ideally bring:

- Strong building and construction knowledge
n
- Experience managing projects, maintenance works or service delivery
n
- Confidence managing budgets, labour and job costs
n
- Purchasing and procurement experience
n
- Strong scheduling and organisational ability
n




- Client-facing experience and excellent communication
n
- Strong reporting and follow-through
n
- Experience with Simpro or similar job management systems
n
- Ability to lead people and positively influence team culture
n
