Job Description

BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking a Care Service Employee for casual night shifts, delivering compassionate personal and daily care to residents and supporting meals, hygiene and meaningful activities.

You will document care using technology, support residents including those with dementia, and comply with WHS and safety standards. The role requires a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, and a genuine commitment to BaptistCare’s Christian values.
