Reporting to the Operations Manager and based at our depot in Huntingwood, as an experienced Horticulturist you'll take ownership of a diverse porfolio of high profile client sites and lead and develop your team to deliver the kind of high quality work that our reputation is built on.

Key responsibilities nn
- Oversee daily operations across multiple sites across South Western Sydney
n
- Lead, develop and upskill your teams to deliver excellence
n
- Build strong, trusting realtionships with clients
n
- Drive improvements to service delivery & site presentation
n
- Foster a safety-first culture
n

What you’ll bring n

You're an experienced horticulturist and people leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are known for building strong relationships and delivering outstanding results for your clients.

n

- Minimum Cert III in a relevant Trade Qualification
n
- Experience in leading, developing and motivating teams
n
- Strong background in turf, horticulture, landscaping or grounds maintenance
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with sound decision-making abilities
n
- Commitment to workplace safety, quality outcomes and continuous improvement
n
- Current unrestricted driver's licence
n
- Willingness to undertake a WWCC and National Police Check
n
