About the Role n

We are seeking experiencedPersonal Care Workers to provide caring, compassionate, respectful, and high-quality support across the Padstow area.

- Typical visits range from2–6 hours
n
- Mix ofweekday shifts andsome weekend availability required
n
- Versatile casual opportunities available

- Must be living near the Padstow, NSW
n

In This Role, You Will: nn
- Provide personal care with dignity and respect
n




- Offer social support and companionship
n
- Assist with meal preparation
n
- Prompt and assist with medications
n
- Perform domestic assistance
n
- Transport clients to appointments and shopping
n
- Develop and follow personalised support plans with clients
n
- Encourage independence and improve overall wellbeing
n

Must Haves nn
- Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support, Community Services, Aged Care, and/or Disability Services
n
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
n
- Satisfactory Australian National Police Check
n
- Current (or willing to obtain) First Aid & CPR Certificate
n
- Authorised to work in Australia
n
- Living locally to the Padstow area
n

Nice to Haves nn
- Experience in Dementia Care
n
- Experience in Disability Support
n
- Availability for morning and mid-morning weekday shifts
n
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
