About the Role n
nReporting to senior dealership management, you will take full responsibility for the daily operations and n
nperformance of the service department.n
nYou will lead a team of Service Advisors, Technicians, and Workshop Staff while ensuring exceptional customer n
nservice, workshop efficiency, and overall departmental profitability.n
Key Responsibilities n
n∙Oversee all daily service department operations n
n∙Drive workshop productivity, efficiency, and profitability n
n∙Lead, mentor, and develop service and workshop teams n
n∙Ensure outstanding customer service and aftersales support n
n∙Monitor workflow,



repair quality, and workshop performance n
n∙Manage customer concerns and deliver positive outcomes n
n∙Develop strategies to improve service sales and profitability n
n∙Manage departmental KPIs, budgets, and financial performance n
n∙Ensure compliance with workplace health & safety standards n
n∙Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders n
