Australian Childcare Alliance – Springwood QLD

Reporting to the Executive General Manager, you will be responsible for planning and delivering marketing, communications and social media activities that strengthen ACA Qld's profile and member engagement. You will create compelling content, manage digital channels, support major events and conferences, and help tell the stories that matter to Queensland's early childhood education and care sector.

Key responsibilities

n

Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned to organisational objectives

n

Create and deliver campaigns promoting events, training programs, advocacy initiatives and member services using CRM, Websites, customer portals

n

Monitor campaign performance and use insights to continually improve engagement and results

n

Manage ACA Qld's social media presence across key channels

n

Develop, schedule and publish engaging content

n

Create graphics, videos, reels, infographics and other multimedia content

n

Write and edit newsletters, media releases, website content, blogs and member communications

n

Maintain and update website content to ensure relevance and accuracy

n

Promote workshops, conferences,



webinars and industry events

n

Track digital marketing and social media performance and prepare regular reports

n

About you

n

A qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related discipline

n

Demonstrated experience in marketing and social media management

n

Exceptional written communication and editing skills

n

Strong project management and organisational skills

n

Experience using social media scheduling, analytics and reporting tools

n

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
