About the Role n

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the entire product development process, from initial concept and sourcing through to packaging, production and retail launch.

n

Working closely with our Product Development, Sales and Quality Assurance teams, you will help coordinate new product ranges and ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Coordinate new product development projects from concept through to launch.
n
- Liaise with overseas suppliers regarding product specifications, samples, pricing and production timelines.
n
- Assist in preparing product submissions, presentations and range proposals for major retailers.
n
- Coordinate product packaging, artwork, instruction manuals and labelling requirements.
n
- Maintain accurate product information, specifications, costing and development records.
n
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure product quality, compliance and retailer requirements are met.
n




- Monitor product development timelines and follow up with suppliers to ensure key deadlines are achieved.
n
- Assist with product research, competitor analysis and identifying new market trends.
n
- Manage product samples, approvals and development changes.
n
- Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Product Development team.
n

About You n

We are looking for someone who is proactive, highly organised and enjoys working in a rapid-paced, product-focused environment.

To be successful, you will have: n

- Previous experience in product coordination, product development, buying administration, merchandising or a similar role.
n
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Confidence communicating with overseas suppliers and internal stakeholders.
n
- Positive working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
n
- The ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
n
- A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
n
- An interest in consumer products, retail trends and product innovation.
n
- Experience working with major Australian retailers, imported consumer products, packaging development or overseas manufacturing suppliers will be highly regarded.
