HSE ADVISOR – WIND FARM CONSTRUCTION | DUBBO, NSW | FIFO or DIDO

LUVI Consulting is currently looking for experienced HSE Advisors to join a major wind farm installation project near Dubbo, NSW.
n
This is a long-term opportunity with approximately 2 years of project work available. We’re looking for people who communicate well, carry themselves professionally and can provide strong
n
HSE leadership across a busy construction environment.
THE ROLE: n
n
- 3 weeks on / 1 week off roster
n
- Monday to Saturday – approximately 10–11 hour days
n
- FIFO from major East Coast airports
n
- DIDO also available for candidates who prefer to drive to site
n
- Flexibility around finishing times on the final day of swing to accommodate travel
n
- Camp accommodation available with meals provided
n
- Alternative accommodation available with Living Away From Home / meal allowance
n
- Work as part of an established site HSE team
n
- Long-term chance with potential for permanent employment
n
ABOUT YOU: n
n
- Previous HSE experience across major construction or infrastructure projects
n
- Wind farm experience highly regarded
n
- Strong FIFO/DIDO construction experience also considered
n
- Experience with incident investigations and ICAM
n
- Confident conducting site inspections, audits, toolbox talks and working closely with contractors
n
- Strong understanding of WHS systems and site compliance
n
- Strong communicator who can build relationships across site teams
n
- Calm, professional and able to provide leadership in a fast-paced project environment
n
- Looking for a long-term project rather than a short-term assignment
n
