Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Pay Rate: $36.81 per hour
Chance: Temp to Permanent

We're currently looking for a Data Entry Officer to join the team of a well-established not-for-profit organisation based in Noble Park.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

- Entering and updating data accurately across internal systems and databases
n
- Checking and verifying information to ensure everything is correct and complete
n
- Maintaining accurate records and keeping information up to date
n
- Handling confidential and sensitive information professionally
n
- Assisting with general administration and data-related tasks
n
- Working closely with the wider team to meet deadlines and daily targets
n




- Following processes and procedures to ensure a high level of accuracy
n

What We're Looking For

n

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:

n

n
- Previous experience in data entry, administration or a similar role
n
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy
n
- Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel
n
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- The ability to work independently while also being a great team player
n
- A reliable and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
n
