Job Description

Everway Group in Australia is seeking a Customer Success Executive to manage an assigned portfolio across K-12, Catholic Education Dioceses, TAFE and universities. You will onboard and implement, drive adoption, and help customers realize value from Everway's products.

Build trusted relationships, deliver training and webinars, monitor engagement, and support renewals with Sales and Finance. Travel up to 20% and contribute to a positive customer experience.
