Sous Chef — ConKaBar, Burleigh Heads n
ConKaBar is a small, family‑run bar and café in Burleigh Heads, and we’re looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen and grow with us. This is a career role, not just a job. We want someone who’s serious about the craft and wants to build something long‑term with us.
Requirements n

- Solid sous chef experience across both breakfast and dinner service
n
- Ordering and stock management
n
- Staff management experience — leading and supporting a kitchen team
n
- Reliability and a genuine work ethic
n
- Solid communication and openness to feedback — our owners are hands‑on and work closely with the team
n

- Availability Tuesday through Sunday

- Ready to start within two weeks
