Job Description

Corryong Health is seeking a compassionate Social Worker to deliver trauma-informed care and tailored support across inpatient, ambulatory and residential settings in the Upper Murray region.

You will collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to plan holistic care, support service navigation, and care coordination while contributing to culturally secure practice and peer learning in trauma-informed care.
