Job Description

Fox ESS is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in Australia to provide high-quality support for our renewable energy solutions. You will diagnose hardware and software issues related to inverters and energy storage products, support customers via phone, email, chat, and on-site visits when necessary.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of technical support experience, strong troubleshooting skills, skilled English, and a valid driving license with willingness to travel across Australia.
