About the role Sushi Mi' is currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking kitchen hand to join our team in our Banyo, Queensland restaurant. As a casual kitchen hand, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and providing excellent service to our customers.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Making sushi with sushi machine, doing sushi rice, making take away food as fast as possible
n
n
Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen setting by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out the trash
n
n
Stocking and restocking kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed
n
n
Providing support to the front-of-house team as required
n
n
Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards
n
n
What we're looking for

Previous experience as a kitchen hand or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
n
n
A strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently
n
n
Good communication skills and a willingness to work as part of a team
n
n
A passion for food and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
n
n
The ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items as required
n
