Job Description

Churches of Christ in Queensland is seeking an experienced Industrial Relations Specialist to join the Kenmore head office. The role offers a 12-month, fixed-term, full time contract with hybrid work and free on-site parking.

You will support complex employee and industrial relations matters, including Fair Work Commission proceedings, and interpret Awards and Enterprise Agreements to guide sound decisions. This is a chance to coach leaders and drive compliant workplace practices.
