Job Description

MOIRA Disability & Youth Services in Melbourne seeks a Youth Coach for a fixed-term 12-month role. You will support young people aged 15–25, guiding development, confidence and independent living through person-centred approaches and multi-disciplinary collaboration.

You will work flexibly in a hybrid mode, with a strong focus on relationship-building, practical support, and navigating local services to enable positive outcomes for participants.
