Job Description

Sephora is seeking experienced store leaders to join our Melbourne management team on a full time 38-hour roster. You will model Sephora’s premium service, coach your team, and drive sales while delivering an exceptional client experience across beauty, skincare and wellness.

You will analyse reporting with the Store Manager to inform decisions, mentor staff on product knowledge and selling techniques, and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture in a fast-paced environment.
