n• Share career transition strategies, leadership insights and established personal development resources. n
n• Build a professional presence and develop relationships through online engagement, professional outreach and follow-up. n
n• Participate in regular training, mentorship and business development activities. n
n• Set performance goals, monitor progress and take ownership of your results. n

nWHAT YOU'LL BRING n
nWe welcome people from diverse backgrounds, particularly those with experience in HR, management, consulting, leadership, education, customer service, client development, sales, coaching, recruitment, or other relationship-driven fields. n
