Job Descriptionn

We are seeking an experiencedSenior Test Architect to lead quality engineering across multiple squads andvendor teams within a complex enterprise environment. This role is responsiblefor defining and governing the end-to-end testing strategy, driving automationexcellence, and embedding quality throughout the Software Development Lifecycle(SDLC). The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader with deepexpertise in API and UI automation using Playwright, strong experience in CI/CDpipelines, and a proven track record in delivering quality outcomes acrosslarge-scale, integrated platforms. Experience with Salesforce Service Layer is mandatory ,while exposure to other Salesforce Clouds is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilitiesn

- Define and govern enterprise-wide test architecture,automation frameworks, and quality engineering practices.
n
- Provide technical leadership across multiple agilesquads and vendor delivery teams.
n
- Act as the Quality Engineering representative,influencing quality decisions from requirements through to production.
n
- Design, review, and optimise automation frameworksfor API, UI, integration, and end-to-end testing.
n
- Conduct code reviews and establish engineeringstandards to improve maintainability, scalability, and reusability ofautomation assets.
n
- Drive CI/CD quality gates and integrate automatedtesting into delivery pipelines.
n




- Continuously improve test execution efficiencythrough parallelisation, framework optimisation, service virtualisation, andintelligent test selection.
n
- Partner with Product, Architecture, Development,DevOps, and Platform teams to embed quality into every stage of the SDLC.
n
- Define and implement risk-based testing strategiesacross complex distributed systems and environments.
n
- Mentor and uplift Quality Engineers, Test Leads, andvendor teams through coaching and technical guidance.
n
- Provide oversight for environment, test data, andrelease testing strategies.
n
- Champion best practices across functional,integration, API, performance, accessibility, security, and operational testing. Mandatory Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of Quality Engineering and Test Automationexperience, including Test Architecture leadership roles.
n
- Expert-level experience in Playwright (TypeScript)for UI automation.
n
- Strong experience designing and implementing APIautomation frameworks.
n
- Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOpspractices, Git, and automated quality gates.
n
- Proven experience leading testing across multiplesquads, programs, and third‑party vendor teams.
n
- Strong understanding of modern test architecturepatterns, automation framework design, and enterprise-scale qualityengineering.
n
- Experience working in complex environments involvingmultiple applications, integrations, and deployment pipelines.
n
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Service Layertesting (mandatory).
n
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
n
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, ExperienceCloud, Sales Cloud, or other Salesforce products.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure,or GCP.
n
- Knowledge of performance, accessibility, security,and contract testing.
n
- Experience with service virtualisation andmicroservices testing.
n
- Exposure to AI-assisted testing and up-to-date QualityEngineering practices.

- Exposure to IVR, Chatbot, Agentforce and SAP testing.
