Job Description

The Reject Shop is looking for an on‑the‑floor store leader in Victoria who will run a store hands-on with a team of 10 to 15. You’ll focus on work, stock, service and standards with your team, not from an office.

If you love being on the floor, you’ll love this role; desk work is not required. You’ll join a business redefining itself as Dollarama Australia, learning how a global retailer operates and growing with the company as it expands.
