Job Description

The Apollo Restaurant Group is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead digital and owned channels across a growing restaurant group in Sydney. You will own campaigns across paid media, email, CRM and the online booking experience, driving reservations, retention and revenue.

This hands-on role requires creativity and a results mindset, with the ability to work independently, collaborate with venue teams and optimise performance in real time.
