Our client is a well-established civil products manufacturing company based in Minto, supplying quality products to a range of industries across NSW.

They are looking for a bubbly, friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join their team. This is a great chance for someone who enjoys dealing with customers and would like to develop their career in a busy, growing business.

About the role: n

- Answering customer enquiries via phone and email
n
- Processing orders and following up on customer requests
n
- Providing quotes and product information
n
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams
n
- Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration
n
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
n





We're looking for someone who: nn
- Has a friendly, confident and bubbly personality
n
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Ideally has previous internal sales experience
n
- Is organised and able to multitask
n
- Is comfortable using computers and learning new systems
n
- Takes pride in providing great service
