We’re looking for a Beauty Therapist who loves facials, spa rituals and body treatments—and wants to make every visit memorable. Whether you’re a recent graduate, nearing completion of your qualification or bringing experience, we’d love to hear from you.

A role that goes beyond the treatment

n

You’ll welcome clients into a calm, thoughtfully prepared space and deliver personalised facials, nourishing body scrubs and indulgent spa rituals.

n

From understanding a client’s needs to checking their comfort and adding thoughtful finishing touches, you’ll help create an experience that feels personal, nurturing and unhurried.

n

You’ll also share skincare advice, recommend suitable homecare products and encourage clients to make time for their next visit.

n

Develop your skills with guidance and support

n

You don’t need to arrive knowing everything. We value a willingness to learn, a caring approach and pride in doing things well.

We’ll provide guided training in SOJO’s treatments, products and protocols, helping you build confidence, refine your techniques and develop your understanding of exceptional client care.

Your key responsibilities

n

Deliver an exceptional spa experience that makes every client feel welcomed, nurtured and completely cared for.

n

Perform facials, body scrubs and spa rituals in line with SOJO’s treatment protocols.

n

Consult with clients and tailor treatments to their needs.

n

Provide thoughtful skincare advice and suitable product recommendations.

n

Encourage rebooking and build lasting client relationships.

n

Maintain beautifully presented treatment rooms and high standards of hygiene.

n

Assist with room preparation, laundry, housekeeping and daily spa duties.

n

Who we’re looking for

n

You hold a Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy or a Diploma of Beauty Therapy , or are nearing completion of either qualification, with a particular interest in facials, body treatments and spa rituals.

n

You bring warmth, reliability and attention to detail. You take direction well, welcome feedback and enjoy being part of a team that cares about the quality of its work.

n

You understand that an outstanding spa experience comes from both skilled treatments and the care taken before, during and after each appointment.
