We’re searching for an experienced Hospitality Floor Manager to lead our Food & Beverage team across all areas of service — from relaxed dining to premium formal events — ensuring each day runs smoothly and every guest experience shines.

What You’ll Be Doing

n

You’ll be the on-shift leader ensuring the Club delivers exceptional service across all areas. With multiple functions often happening in a single day, your organisational skills and calm leadership will keep everything running smoothly.

n

Your responsibilities include:

n

Leading and supporting the Food & Beverage team during service

n

Maintaining high standards across both casual and formal service styles

n





Managing multiple areas (restaurant, bar, weddings & events) simultaneously ensuring each department supervisor is supported in their role

n

Overseeing bar operations and demonstrating solid product knowledge (cocktails, wine, beer & spirits)

n

Manage and report any operational issues, incidents and customer feedback

n

Training new staff and continually mentoring existing team members

n

Building strong rapport with our Golfing Members and responding to feedback appropriately

n

Completing end-of-day duties including till reconciliation and venue lock-up as required

n

Gaming compliance and operations for 11 gaming machines and TAB facilities

n

Who You Are

n

You’re a confident leader with a natural presence on the floor. You thrive in environments where every day is different and enjoy the challenge of coordinating multiple service styles.

You’ll bring:

n

Able to work a Wed to Sun roster with Mon and Tues off

n

Experience in restaurant, weddings, events, or hotel-style service

n

Strong communication and team leadership abilities

n

Solid food and beverage service knowledge

n

Ability to stay organised and calm under pressure

n

A proactive, guest-focused approach to service

n

Required:

n

Current RSA & RCG (or willingness to obtain)

n
