We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with Workday experience to join a major HR transformation program.n
About the Role:

nYou will work closely with HR, technology teams and implementation partners to define requirements and support the delivery of a current Workday solution.n
Key responsibilities include: n
n
n
- Mapping Level 4 and Level 5 business processes
n
- Leading requirements workshops with business stakeholders
n
- Gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
n
- Working with architects and vendors to develop solutions
n
- Identifying gaps between business requirements and proposed solutions
n
- Supporting testing, UAT and implementation
n
- Maintaining requirements traceability through delivery
n
- Supporting go-live and hypercare activities
n
About You: n
n
n
- 10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
n
- Strong Workday HCM experience
n
- Strong BPMN process mapping skills
n
- Excellent requirements gathering and documentation skills
n
- Strong stakeholder and workshop facilitation experience
n
- Experience with system integrations and technical requirements
n
- Experience supporting UAT and implementation
n
