Crystalbrook Kingsley is Newcastle's iconic five-star hotel renowned for luxury and personalised guest experiences. As a Guest Service Agent Porter, you will be at the front line, delivering warm welcomes and tailored service from arrival through departure.

You will anticipate needs, share local knowledge of Newcastle, and manage guest enquiries with care. This role involves coordinating with Front Office, Housekeeping and F&B; to ensure seamless journeys for every guest.
