Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting smart entrepreneurs within ANZ’s Small Business network
n
- Conducting in-depth conversations with customers to understand and meet their financial needs
n
- Identifying customers’ core business needs and providing appropriate solutions and support
n

n

ANZ’s Small Business Banking team provides a broad range of solutions to small businesses across Australia. The team is focused on delivering exceptional customer outcomes, driving business growth, and building strong long-term relationships. This role offers an chance to join a successful team and contribute to helping small business customers achieve their goals.

What will your day look like? n

As a National Small Business Specialist, you will:

n

- Build meaningful relationships with business customers and support them in starting, managing, and growing their businesses
n
- Actively engage with customers through inbound and outbound interactions
n




- Understand customer needs through quality conversations and tailored financial advice
n
- Apply expertise in cash flow management concepts and ANZ products to provide suitable recommendations
n
- Develop a strong understanding of lending fundamentals and business banking solutions
n
- Deliver exceptional customer service while identifying growth opportunities for customers and the bank
n

What will you bring? n

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Must Have n

n
- Professional phone manner and telephone etiquette
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Customer-facing experience, either in person or over the phone
n

Good to Have nn
- Understanding of small business and commercial banking markets
n
- Knowledge of Money In, Managing Money, Money Out, and cash flow management concepts
n
- Lending experience or exposure to lending products and processes
n
