Job Description

Parliament of Victoria in East Melbourne seeks a Senior People & Capability Coordinator to support HR systems, data accuracy and process improvements. The role reports to the Manager, Human Resources and works across HR systems, recruitment, contracts and P&C; projects.

You will manage employee records, generate reports, and drive vendor relationships while contributing to cross-functional HR initiatives in a hybrid (3 days in office, 2 from home) workplace.
