Job Description

Accor Darling Harbour is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Part-Time Reservations Agent to join our skilled Reservations team. You will handle calls, emails and messages, help guests choose options and update bookings accurately in our system.

The role offers opportunities to work across Accor brands, with discounts on accommodation and F&B;, staff laundering, and an annual Staycation. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is essential, as is a guest-first, problem-solving attitude.
