The Opportunity This is a highly attractive full time permanent opportunity for an experienced leader to support the Centre Director with the day-to-day operations of the service.

Whether you are an experienced Room Leader looking to take the next step into leadership or an established Second in Charge seeking a new opportunity, this role offers the chance to further develop your career within a supportive and progressive organisation.

The centre operates above ratio and provides dedicated off-the-floor time to ensure leaders are supported in their role. Staff wellbeing is a genuine priority, with ongoing professional development, mentoring and opportunities for career advancement readily available.

The Ideal Candidate You will hold a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA assessed equivalent) and demonstrate a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS, with the ability to confidently apply this knowledge in practice.

You will also have:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Strong leadership and relationship-building abilities
n
- A passion for delivering high-quality education and care
n
- Experience with observations, programming and documentation
n
- A commitment to mentoring and supporting fellow educators
n
- Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA assessed equivalent)
n
- Current Working With Children Check
n
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
n
