- Experienced Cyara
n Automation Tester to support the testing and validation of
n enterprise Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms.
n The ideal candidate will have expertise in using Cyara Velocity,
n Pulse, and Cruncher to automate customer journey testing across
n voice, IVR, digital, and omnichannel customer service
n environments.

n role will work closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts,
n Developers, and Business Stakeholders to ensure high-quality customer
n experiences across contact center technologies and
n integrations.
